Bill Nye-CCIM, CRS, ICSC, NAR:
 Bill is the Broker/owner of Nye Commercial Advisors, Inc.
He graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan University with a Bachelors degree in math, and then attained a master degree in administration.
Bills Real Estate career commenced in 1974. His extensive 37 years of experience, education, knowledge and expertise make him a leader in the Tampa Bay and surround commercial investment community. His focus lies in asset management, consulting, development, retail brokerage, land brokerage and industrial brokerage. He has represented clients in all facets of the commercial investment field and has been involved in transaction in excess of one billion dollars.
Bill is the parent of three grown children and four very loved grandchildren. He prides himself on family and community involvement.
Michael Bailey, CCIM:
 University of North Carolina at Wilmington- Michael joined Nye Commercial in April of 2006 after moving from Charlotte, NC. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has completed all coursework towards the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Michael is very active in the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Urban Land Institute where he serves on the Steering Committee for the Young Leaders Group (Membership Chair) and on the Pasco County Advisory Board, which meets monthly with Pasco County officials to help implement Pasco's new strategic plan. He has also served on the Government Affairs Committee of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and has received a Pinnacle Award for top sales in the Tampa Bay Region from FGCAR. Michael has also served on the Zephyrhills Economic Development Council, worked closely with the Pasco Economic Development Council, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), for which he has spent time lobbying for the interests of commercial real estate at the state capital in Tallahassee. In 2010, Michael became a graduate of Leadership Pasco, where he was very involved in a number of community projects and fundraising activities. Michael specializes in land and investment brokerage assignments.
Scott Hileman, CCIM, ALC, MBA:
University of Portland, 1995. Loyola University of Maryland, 2002, MBA Finance. He specializes in land brokerage, leasing, and development. Formerly a Professional Soccer player for 9 years, spent the last few years of his playing career obtaining his Master’s degree and CCIM designation. Scott has been involved in the development and brokerage of over $50,000,000. transaction volume since 2004. He is an active member in Rotary as the President of the New Tampa Noon Rotary.
Rose Layton:
Rutgers College, BS Marketing and French Minor. Rose’s career experiences have been in Retail Management, Customer Support and Public Relations. Her focus and efforts are managing existing properties and acquiring new ones. Rose utilizes her customer relations and marketing skills to support her current clients and prospective tenants. Rose enjoys studying French and is fluent in Vietnamese.
Brent Nye:
University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Brent, a native of Pasco County, has been involved in the family business for over 9 years and works closely with Bill Nye. Brent focuses on land listings for investment and development opportunities. He has been actively involved with rezonings, land negotiations, assemblage, and has built solid relationships with investors and developers.
Tom Parks:
Marshall University, BS Chemistry. West Virginia University College of Law, J.D. Tom spent 32 years as a State District Attorney and practicing law in the private sector. He is a proven Commercial Investment Real Estate specialist, in two states for over 25 years. He has been on Faculty at Tampa College and FMU since 1990 and served as Department Chair of Paralegal Studies since 1993. Tom is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor in the State of Florida. Tom specializes in RV and Mobile Home parks, specifically organizing, coordinating and obtaining financing co-operatives wherein the residents of rental mobile home parks are able to purchase their own park. He is considered an industry leader and innovator in organizing investment groups into a TIC in order to take advantage of Federal tax laws in maximizing investment returns.
