A native of Pasco County, Brent played collegiate tennis while obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at UNC Wilmington. Brent has been part of the family business for over 15 years working closely with his father, Bill Nye. Brent covers a variety of aspects in commercial real estate ranging from small business real estate assets to multimillion dollar transactions for private funds. In addition, he has been actively involved with rezoning of assets, land negotiations, assemblage, and development of family owned real estate.
Brent leads the office in commercial listings with experience in an array of assets including office, multifamily, hospitality, retail, restaurant, industrial, self-storage, land, and businesses. He has successfully assisted his clients in navigating many real estate development issues and has great success in the rezoning process. Brent’s involvement with real estate began at Century 21 Bill Nye Realty where he became a top selling agent in residential sales. Expanding into commercial sales, and earning the designation of the number one producing commercial office in the world among the Century 21 commercial division, inevitably resulted in the opening of Nye Commercial Advisors office in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Brent is a motivated and persistent agent who enjoys building strong relationships with Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Developers. Brent is active in numerous philanthropic causes, Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel, Rotary Club of Zephyrhills, North Tampa Bay Chamber and various boards and panels.
He attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he played Division 1 collegiate tennis, held positions in the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies. Brent enjoys playing playing golf, tennis, boating, and spending time with his family.
